Subject: ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR SUB-CAMPUSES(SESSION 2013-14)
The Vice Chancellor has been pleased to approve the following admission schedule
and schedule of Registration Return for admission to Masters & Bachelor Level classes
(Session 2013-14) in the Sub-Campuses, University of Sargodha.
(A) ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR SUB-CAMPUSES
1. Date of commencement of admissions As notified in advertisements
2. Date for closing of admissions 08-11-2013
3. Last dates for deposit of university dues 22-11-2013
4. Return submission period 09-11-2013 to 22-11-2013
5. Intimation regarding payment of University Dues By 29.11.2013
• No registration return will be accepted after 22.11.2013 .
• The university dues regarding Registration Return must be deposited in allotted
Bank Account Numbers on or before the due date.
• 20 % surcharge for every fortnight will be received on arrears of the
registration/enrollment/sports fee and university share if any.
• Sub-Campuses will be informed about the university dues in case of shortage or
excess by 29.11.2013 via letter. The deficient amount is to be paid within 05 days of
the receipt of letter. Excess amount if any, will be refunded to the Sub-Campus.
2. The Chairmen / Chief Executive Officers of Sub-Campuses are requested to
follow the above mentioned schedule and instructions in letter and spirit.
