Guidelines for Teaching Departments/Students
All students who are eligible for PM Tuition fee scheme are requested to cooperate in provision of information (if any) to their concerned department.
Each department is requested to follow the procedure and guidelines as stated in the letter received from the HEC.
All students are hereby advised to get any information about PM Tuition Fee scheme from their concerned department.
In case the concerned official finds any difficulty, he/she must get necessary information from the Admission office and pass it on to students at the respective department.
The Admission office is not bound to address individual problems and shall communicate with students through their department.
All Heads are requested to discourage the practice of recommending individual cases for consideration of the Admission office.
The last date for submitting the information complete in all respects to the HEC is March 16, 2015.

Incomplete data or that received after the due date shall be returned to the concerned department.
The responsibility of the Admission office is to forward correct and complete data to the HEC within due date.
The concerned department shall answer and satisfy students whose names are not included in the final list.
While submitting data to the Admission office, all Chairmen/Heads are requested to make sure that the data is complete in all respects. The Admission office also requests a covering letter duly signed by the concerned Chairman/Head stating that the data has been thoroughly checked/scrutinized at all levels and that it is complete in all respects and that no information/entry is left over
